Tammy Lonsberry

Tammy brings nearly 30 years of application development and consulting experience to the QAD arena.  Starting as a programmer and technical support specialist, she quickly moved through the ranks to achieve Lead Developer role on her very first implementation project.  She has specialized and focused exclusively on QAD since 1995, becoming an expert in implementations and customizations, providing both technical services and tailored business application solutions.  She has worked with numerous QAD customers, spanning many verticals, versions, environments and user interfaces.  Tammy is fluent in QAD's coding standards and guidelines, has exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills and is proficient in delivering solid, tested, trouble-free software solutions.  With excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills she is adept at translating technical concepts into common language, becoming a liaison to end-users while working with all levels of the organization.



Carlos Colmenares

Carlos has been involved with QAD for over 20 years.  His experience includes management of international teams; management and execution of upgrades, implementation and development projects with local and remote teams; application consulting; business process review and improvement; business requirement gathering, development of functional and technical specifications, code development and testing; database administration; IT and end-user training.  He has an undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad ICESI in Colombia and an MBA from Illinois State University.  You can learn more about his professional experience on LinkedIn.



Scott Dulecki

Scott Dulecki has been helping companies better utilize Progress and QAD since 1994 as a technical and application consultant focused on database administration, performance tuning, interfaces, manufacturing, distribution and EDI.  He has authored three books on topics related to QAD and Progress to share the lessons he has learned and he frequently presents educational sessions at regional QAD and Progress User Group meetings, as well as at the PUG Challenge and QAD's Explore! conferences.  He is president and founder of the West Michigan Progress Users Group and serves as past President of the Michigan Progress Users Group.  He currently sits on the board of both the Midwest (MWUG) and South East (SEUG) QAD User Groups.  Scott received an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from the University of Detroit. He has been recognized as Certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS and as a Distinguished Toastmaster by Toastmasters International.
