She has specialized and focused exclusively on QAD since 1995, becoming an expert in implementations and customizations, providing both technical services and tailored business application solutions. She has worked with numerous QAD customers, spanning many verticals, versions, environments and user interfaces. Tammy is fluent in QAD’s coding standards and guidelines, has exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills and is proficient in delivering solid, tested, trouble-free software solutions. With excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills she is adept at translating technical concepts into common language, becoming a liaison to end-users while working with all levels of the organization. Carlos has been involved with QAD for over 20 years. His experience includes management of international teams; management and execution of upgrades, implementation and development projects with local and remote teams; application consulting; business process review and improvement; business requirement gathering, development of functional and technical specifications, code development and testing; database administration; IT and end-user training.
